基于“以患者和家庭为中心护理模式”的医院ICU空间模式探析——以美国SCCM获奖ICU为例

Analysis of ICU Spatial Model Based on"Patient and Family-Centred Care Mode":Take the US SCCM Award-Winning ICUs as Examples

重症监护中心是现代化综合医院保院市危急难患者生命安全的前沿阵地,是医疗技术高度集成的空间场所。当前国际上ICU护理模式E经发展至“以想者和家庭为中心”,井相应形成了新的ICU空间模式。本研究以美国重症医学会2004-2018年获奖的ICU设计为例,从资源配置。空间布局,交通模式,医疗流程等方面对其进行全面解析。以期为我国术来ICU高水平建设提供参考。

The intensive care centre is a technological frontier in modern comprehensive hospitals and an important place to ensure the safety of patients in critical situations.Under the influence of"patient and family-centred care",a new ICU spatial model has been fonned.In order to adapt to the update of medical model and improve the development level of China's intensive care centre,the research take the nearly 15 years US SCCM award-winning ICUs as exam ples,to analyse this new ICU spatial model from the aspects of spatial resource optim isation configuration,spatial layout mode,traffic mode,ward and auxiliary space design mode,which provides a blueprint for future ICU construction in China.
