日本介护士培养模式对我国养老护理员培养模式的启示

The Enlightenment of the Training Mode of Japanese “Kaikanngofu” Nurses for the Aged in China

由于步入老龄化社会较早,日本在介护士培养方面已形成了较为完备的体系。目前,我国的养老护理员培养模式尚存在目的不明确、定位过于宽泛、课程设置与实践对接性不强等问题。应借鉴日本介护士培养模式的成熟经验,从构建法律规范体系、吸引国外专业人才、倡导校企合作等方面着手,进一步完善我国养老护理员培养模式。

Due to the early aging society,Japan has formed a relatively complete system in the training of "kaikanngofu"nurses.At present,there are still some problems in the training mode of nursing staff for the aged in China,such as unclear purpose,too broad orientation,and weak connection between curriculum and practice.We should learn from the mature experience of the training model of Japanese "kaikanngofu" nurses,and further improve the training model of nursing staff for the aged in China from the aspects of building a legal system, attracting foreign professionals,and advocating school enterprise cooperation.
