摘要
为筛选南亚热带气候条件下适合草莓无土栽培的基质,以‘甜查理’草莓为试材,研究6种基质对草莓生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:自配基质A(草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩:沙子=7:1:1:1)、B(草炭:椰糠:蛭石:珍珠岩:沙子=5:2:1:1:1)和C(草炭:椰糠:蛭石:珍珠岩:沙子=3.5:3.5:1:1:1)在草莓果实品质、产量等方面与商品基质CK无明显差异,均表现较好;在植株生长量上,A、B和C处理的株高、叶柄长度、叶柄粗度和叶面积等方面均大于商品基质CK。因此,基质A、B和C处理可以用作草莓无土栽培的基质,降低生产成本。
To select suitable cultivation medium for‘Sweet Charlie’strawberry soilless culture under south sub-tropical climate, we studied the effect of six cultivation substrates on the growth and fruit quality of the strawberry. The results showed no significant difference of A(turf: vermiculite: pearlite: sand=7:1:1:1), B(turf:coco coir: vermiculite: pearlite: sand=5:2:1:1:1), C(turf: coco coir: vermiculite: pearlite: sand=3.5:3.5:1:1:1)and CK on fruit quality and output, and they all performed well. The plant height, petiole length, petiole roughness and leaf area of A, B and C treatment were higher than those of CK. So, A, B and C could be used as the substrates of soilless culture to reduce the production cost.
