摘要
对15万t/a电石炉尾气净化系统工艺进行了改造,增加了粗气风机、多管式冷却器,将过滤器材质由金属过滤管更换为除尘布袋,改造后电石炉尾气中的粉尘得到了完全过滤,CO也得到了充分利用。
The process of tail gas purification system of 150000 t/a calcium carbide furnace was reformed.A coarse air fan and a multi tubular cooler were added,and the filter material was changed from metal filter tube to dedusting cloth bag.After the transformation,the dust in tail gas of calcium carbide furnace was completely filtered and CO was fully utilized.
