摘要
研究了改性纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)的用量对PVC树脂加工性能和消光性能的影响,并通过SEM-EDS考察了改性纳米SiO2在PVC基体中的分散性能。结果表明:①随着SiO2用量的增加,体系的加工性能变差;②当SiO2用量W1.5份时,体系的消光性能提高较少;③当SiO2用量=2份时,体系的消光性能与市售凝胶质量分数25%的消光型PVC-SG5树脂的消光性能差不多,但前者的加工性能优于后者;④SEM-EDS分析结果表明,改性过的纳米SiO2与PVC基体的相容性较好,能均匀分散在基体树脂中。
The effects of modified nano-SiO2 content on the processing property and extinction property of PVC resins were studied.The dispersion behaviour of the modified nano-SiO2 in PVC matrix was investigated by SEM-DS.The results showed that with the increase in SiO2 content,the processing property of the system became worse.When the SiO2 content was less than 1.5 parts,the extinction property of the system was increased less.When the SiO2 content was not less than 2 parts,the system and the commercially available PVC-SG5 with 25%gel mass fraction were similar in extinction property,but the former had better processing property than the latter.The SEM-EDS analysis results showed that the modified nano-Si02 had good compatibility with PVC matrix and could be evenly dispersed in the matrix resin.
