髓源抑制细胞介导肿瘤免疫微环境重塑及靶向治疗的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 免疫抑制性肿瘤微环境是促进肿瘤进展的关键因素之一。髓源抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)是参与肿瘤免疫微环境形成的主要免疫抑制性细胞,代表一群未成熟骨髓细胞的异质群体,在病理条件下增殖、活化并发挥显著的免疫抑制活性。MDSCs也是肿瘤免疫疗法的潜在治疗靶点。通过综述有关MDSCs的来源、表型、生物学特质、介导肿瘤免疫逃逸的机制、MDSCs靶向治疗策略及中药单体对MDSCs的作用等研究进展,为肿瘤免疫治疗提供参考。 The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment is one of the key factors to promote tumor progression. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)are the main immunosuppressive cells involved in the formation of tumor immune microenvironment,representing the heterogeneous group of immature bone marrow cells,proliferating,activating and exerting significant immunosuppressive activity under the pathological conditions. MDSCs are also the potential therapeutic targets for tumor immunotherapy. This article summarizes the origin,phenotype and biological characteristics of MDSCs,as well as its mechanisms on tumor immune escape, targeted therapeutic strategies for MDSCs and effects of Chinese medicine monomer on MDSCs, so as to provide references for tumor immunotherapy.
