我国大学生艾滋病知信行和健康教育的研究现状综述 被引量:30

Current Situation of Research on College and University Students’ AIDS Knowledge-Attitude-Practice and Health Education in China

摘要 面对我国大学生艾滋病患病人数不断增长的趋势,高校开展有效的艾滋病健康教育对于提升学生艾滋病知信行水平和帮助学生预防艾滋病有着重要意义。大学生的艾滋病知信行水平和健康教育现已成为研究者们关注的热点。本文通过梳理和分析关于我国大学生艾滋病知信行现状和健康教育的研究结果,了解大学生艾滋病相关的认知、态度和行为现状,分析目前我国高校采用的三种主要的艾滋病健康教育模式(同伴教育、视频宣传、传统教育)的优势和不足,并在此基础上提出高校应探索有针对性的、创新的和学生喜爱的艾滋病健康教育的建议。 With the increasing trend of AIDS patients in colleges and universities in China,effective AIDS-related education in colleges and universities is of great significance to improve the level of students’ AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice and to help them prevent AIDS. The level of college and university students’ AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) and education of them has become a hot spot for researchers. This paper systematically reviewed the previous researches on the status quo of KAP in China’s college and university students and health education, described the status of AIDS-related KAP among them, and analyzed the three main AIDS health education models adopted by most of Chinese colleges and universities(peer education, video propaganda, tradition). Based on the advantages and disadvantages of current health education, colleges and universities should explore targeted, innovative and student-friendly AIDS education recommendations.
