抗病毒治疗后HIV感染者CD4+T和辅助受体CCR5/CXCR4细胞因子变化及相关性的研究 被引量:3

Changes and Correlations of the Level of CD4+T and CCR5/CXCR4 in HIV-infected Patients After Antiviral Therapy

摘要 目的对HIV感染者抗病毒治疗前后CD3+CD4+T、CCR5、CXCR4的检测,探讨T淋巴细胞和辅助受体的变化和相互的关系,评价患者免疫状况和病程进展。方法 2018年采集抗病毒治疗前和治疗后6个月、12个月抗凝全血,通过流式细胞仪检测CD3+CD4+T、CCR5、CXCR4的绝对计数,经统计学处理得到不同时间检测结果变化趋势,分析T淋巴细胞和辅助受体之间的的相关性,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行塔姆黑尼法非参数检验及多元回归模型分析。结果 CD3+CD4+T在治疗1年后有显著的上升,CCR5呈显著下降,CRXR4无变化。CD3+CD4+T与CCR5和CXCR4均无相关性。结论经过一年规范性治疗,HIV感染者免疫状态有明显的改善,辅助受体CCR5的大幅降低和CXCR4未有明显变化说明感染者机体免疫功能未受到进一步的损害。 Object To detect the level of CD3 + CD4 + T cells, CCR5 and CXCR4 in HIV-infected patients before and after antiviral therapy,in order to investigate the changes of T lymphocyte and helper receptor and their associations in order to evaluate the immune status and course of disease in patients. Methods Anticoagulant whole blood was collected before and 6 and 12 months after antiviral treatment. The counts of CD3 + CD4 + T cells,CCR5 and CXCR4 were detected by flow cytometry. The changes and the correlation between CD3 + CD4 + T cells,CCR5 and CXCR4 were analyzed. SPSS 20.0 was used for Tamhane Non-parametric test and multiple regression model analysis. Results The level of CD3 + CD4 + T cells increased significantly after treatment,however,the level of CCR5 decreased significantly, and the level of CRXR4 remained unchanged. No significant correlations between the level of CD3 + CD4 + T cells and CCR5 and CXCR4 were observed.Conclusion After one year of the standardized treatment,the immune status of HIV-infected patients has improved significantly. The significant decrease of CCR5 and no significant change of CXCR4 suggest that the immune function of HIV-infected patients has not been further damaged.
