Research on the Sharing Technology of Electronic Medical Record Based on Blockchain

为解决电子病历隐私保护和共享使用问题,提出病人电子病历私有链、医疗机构电子病历私有链和电子病历公共链的三层电子病历共享方案,电子病历数据以属性加密的方式分布式存储在病人链的超级账本中,医疗机构链和公有链仅保存电子病历的加密摘要信息。电子病历的拥有者识别申请者的身份通过授权来共享数据。

To solve privacy data protection and data sharing problem of electronic medical record, a data sharing scheme of electronic medical record with three tires blockchain is proposed. The three chains are private chain for single patient, private chain for medical institution and hospital, public chain. The data of electronic medical record is distributed stored in hyperledger of patient private chain by using attribute encryption. The chain of medical institution and hospital and the public block chain just store the hash of the electronic medical record. The owner of electronic medical record shares his private data to specific applicant by authorize according the identity or attribute of the applicant.
