彩超引导下抽脓置入康复新液对乳腺脓肿患者康复效果的影响

The Effect of Ultrasound-guided Abscess Elimination and Placement of Kangfuxin Solution on the Recovery of Patients with Breast Abscess

目的:探讨彩超引导下抽脓置入康复新液对乳腺脓肿患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月乐亭县医院收治的乳腺脓肿患者106例,依据随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组53例,A组给予传统切开引流术治疗,B组给予彩超引导下抽脓置入康复新液术治疗。结果:B组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量和术后脓腔愈合时间、换药次数、瘢痕长度、住院时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)得分、并发症率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组乳房外观满意率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩超引导下抽脓置入康复新液治疗乳腺脓肿的创伤小、并发症少,有利于改善患者的康复效果及乳房外观。

Objective: To discuss the effect of color Doppler ultrasound-guided abscess elimination and placement of Kangfuxin solution on the rehabilitation of patients with breast abscess. Methods: 106 patients with breast abscess were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in our Hospital, according to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B, 53 cases in each group, group A was treated with traditional incision and drainage, group B was treated with color Doppler ultrasoundguided extraction of pus and Kangfuxin solution injection. Results: The operation time, incision length, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative septic healing time, frequency of dressing change, scar length, hospitalization time, pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score, complication rate in the group B were significantly lower than those in the group A, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The breast appearance satisfaction rate in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound-guided extraction of pus and Kangfuxin Liquid injection in treating breast abscess has less trauma and fewer complications, which is beneficial to improve the patient’s rehabilitation effect and breast appearance.
