摘要
利用计算机技术、信息技术及通信技术等将急救车进行数字化改造,集成急救车内医疗设备、音视频通讯设备、GPS等设备,整合院内急诊急救系统、急救指挥调度系统等异构系统,实现在急救车上对患者生命体征信息进行自动采集,并通过4G网络实时传输到院内平台;同时,通过音视频通讯设备进行急救车与院内多方会诊平台进行远程通讯,让院内实时了解急救车内患者状态,提前获知患者数据信息,做到"患儿未到、信息先到",真正实现早发现、早诊断、早治疗,有效提高急、危重症患儿的抢救成功率,减少致残率与死亡率。
Using computer technology, information technology and communication technology to digitalize the ambulance, integrate the medical equipment, audio-visual communication equipment, GPS and other equipment in the ambulance, integrate the heterogeneous systems such as the hospital emergency first aid system, emergency command and dispatch system, and realize the vital signs of patients in the ambulance. The information is collected automatically and transmitted to the hospital platform in real time through 4 G network. At the same time, the ambulance communicates with the multi-party consultation platform in the hospital through audio-visual communication equipment to let the hospital know the status of the patients in the ambulance in real time and know the patient’s data information in advance, so as to achieve "the children are not there, the information is first arrived" and truly. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively improve the rescue success rate of children with acute and critical illness and reduce the disability rate and mortality.
