Objective To improve the effectiveness of platelet transfusion,we detected and analyzed the platelet antibody in patients whom need to transfuse platelet. We investigate the effect of anti-platelet antibodies production,so as to reduce the incidence of platelet transfusion refractoriness. Methods Using solid agglutination method to detect platelet antibody in 47 cases(observation group)within transfusion history or/and pregnancy history. And select 32 cases within no transfusion history or pregnancy history as control group.Analyze the platelet antibody positive rate of cases which transfusion bellow 3 times and above 3 times. Results The platelet antibody positive rate of observation group(14.89%)is higher than control group(0%),P<0.05,respectively.The platelet antibody positive rate of transfusedabove-3-times(31.25%)is higher than transfused-bellow-3-times(7.69%),P<0.05,respectively.Conclusion Detecting the platelet antibody before the transfusion can reduce the probability of platelet transfusion refractoriness and allow clinical to intervene.Patients who have transfusion history or/and pregnancy history or transfuse above 3 times are more easily creating platelet antibodies.
