金黄色葡萄球菌在儿童腹泻病人中的检出及致病性分析

Detection and Pathogenicity Analysis of Staphylococcus aureus in Children with Diarrhea

目的 分析儿童腹泻病人中金黄色葡萄球菌(Sau.)的检出率及致病性。方法 对比儿童(就诊于儿科)和成人腹泻病人便培养结果,分析细菌谱构成和Sau检出率(其中儿童335例,成人1682例);进一步将儿童腹泻病人便培养检出的Sau进行肠毒素(SEs)和肠毒素基因(ses)检测。借此分析Sau在儿童腹泻中发挥的作用。结果 Sau在儿童腹泻病人中的检出率显著高于成人;儿童腹泻患者粪便中检出的Sau其肠毒素(SEs)表达率为(58.82%),SEs基因携带率亦为58.82%。结论 Sau与儿童腹泻密切相关,应引起临床和实验室的重视。

Objective To analyze the detection rate and pathogenicity of staphylococcus aureus(Sau.)in children with diarrhea.Methods The composition of bacterial spectrum and the detection rate of Sau(335 children cases and1682 adults cases)were analyzed by comparing the fecal culture results of children(hospitalized in pediatrics)and adult patients with diarrhea.Furthermore,enterotoxin(SEs)and enterotoxin genes(ses)were detected in fecal cultures of children with diarrhea,in order to analyze the role of Sau in childhood diarrhea.Results The detection rate of Sau in children with diarrhea was significantly higher than that in adults,The enterotoxin(SEs)expression rate and SEs gene carrying rate of Sau detected in feces of children with diarrhea were 58.82%and 58.82%respectively.Conclusion The Sau is closely related to diarrhea in children and should be paid more attention to in clinic and laboratory.
