CUEDC2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

The expression of CUEDC2 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical implications

目的 探讨CUEDC2蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌(EA)和子宫内膜上皮内瘤变(EIN)中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测117例不同分化组的子宫内膜样腺癌及41例子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中CUEDC2蛋白的表达水平,分析CUEDC2蛋白表达水平的差异及与临床病理参数的关系。结果 CUEDC2蛋白在84例中-高分化子宫内膜样腺癌中阳性率(86.9%),显著高于低分化子宫内膜样腺癌阳性率(63.6%),与CUEDC2蛋白在子宫内膜上皮内瘤变(87.8%)无差异。CUEDC2蛋白表达水平在子宫体下段及宫颈黏膜腺体未受侵患者(84.7%)中明显高于对照组。肿瘤浸润深度≥1/2(79.4%)、淋巴管间隙受侵(72.0%)、肿瘤直径≥2cm(74.6%)及年龄>60岁(74.5%)患者中与对照组无明显差异。结论 CUEDC2蛋白低表达可能与子宫内膜样腺癌的分化较差相关,对一部分的子宫内膜样腺癌高危因素具有一定影响,有望为子宫内膜样腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。

Objective The aim was to investigate the expression of CUEDC2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia,analyze the correlation between some clinicopathology of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and the CUEDC2 expressive level.Methods Immunohistochemical SP methods for CUEDC2 was carried out in117 cases of various degrees of differentiate endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 41 cases of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia encountered during the period from 2013 to 2018.The CUEDC2 expresive level and various clinicopathologic parameters was recorded and analyzed statistically.Results Immunohistochemical analysis of endometrial epithelia revealed that positive rate of CUEDC2 expression in the 84 cases of medium and high differentiated was 86.9%(73/84)and significantly less than low differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma that was 63.6%(21/33)(P<0.05).There was no distinct difference on the positive rate of CUEDC2 expression between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia.There was also higher rate of CUEDC2 expression in lower uterine segment or surface cervical glandular not involving than the contrast.Positive rate of CUEDC2 expression was correlated not with patient age,the depth of myometrial invasion≥1/2,lymph vascular space invasion,tumors larger than 2 cm.Conclusion Our study shows that reduced CUEDC2 expression is linked to its low differentiation and high risk factor in endometrial carcinoma.CUEDC2 protein are expected to provide new therapy target for endometrioid adenocarcinoma treatment.
