LMP-1重组质粒滴鼻对变应性鼻炎鼠模型Th2方向的免疫调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 近一个世纪以来,变应性疾病的发病率增加,医疗支出加剧,给病患及社会带来沉重负担。包括细菌超抗原,病毒以及大气污染等外界环境因素变化对变应性鼻炎的影响为我们提出新的问题与挑战。病毒广泛存在于呼吸道,中国10岁以上人口EB病毒(EBv)感染率高达86%以上,是研究呼吸道变态反应中不能忽视的外部因素[1]。近年来研究显示,病毒感染不但与肿瘤有关而且与变应性鼻炎及哮喘密切相关,可能是促进变应性鼻炎发生发展的重要病因之一[2]。本研究拟通过制备LMP-1重组质粒,并滴鼻观察其对变应性鼻炎鼠模型鼻黏膜组织Th2方向的免疫调节细胞因子IL-5以及IL-13影响。
