摘要
目的:分析冰糖橙皮挥发油的化学成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取冰糖橙中的挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪对冰糖橙皮挥发油化学成分进行分离鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定了40个化合物,占挥发油总量的96.46%。主要成分为D-柠檬烯(58.76%)、正十五酸(7.26%)、肉豆蔻酸(6.19%)、反油酸(3.98%)、棕榈酸(3.23%)、十三酸(2.03%)、正十一酸(1.91%)、月桂酸(1.88%)、正癸酸(1.74%)、硬脂酸(1.09%)等。结论:冰糖橙皮挥发油含有多种生物活性成分,该研究为冰糖橙皮的开发利用提供了依据。
Objective:To analyze the constituents of essential oil from Citrus sinensis Osbeck.Methods:The essential oil were extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents of individual constituents in the volatile oil were determined by peak area normalizing method.Results:40 components were identified from the essential oil,representing 96.46% of the total constituents.The major components were D-limonene(58.76%),n-Dodecanoic acid(7.26%),myristic acid(6.19%),elaidic acid(3.98%),palmitic acid(3.23%),tridecanoic acid(2.03%),n-undecanoic acid(1.91%),lauric acid(1.88%),n-decanoic acid(1.74%),stearic acid(1.09%).Conclusion:The study revealed that there are a great number of bioactive constituents in the volatile oil from Citrus sinensis Osbeck,and provided technical basis for exploitation and utilization of the resources of Citrus sinensis Osbeck.
