商洛天麻质量评价研究

Study on Quality Evaluation of Gastrodia elata in Shangluo

目的:以《中国药典》2015年版为依据,对商洛产天麻进行质量检测,通过实验数据评价其质量。方法:按照《中国药典》天麻项下要求,对样品进行水分、总灰分、二氧化硫残留量、浸出物、天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇含量测定,并进行综合分析。结果:15批天麻中,去除水分一项,其余项目均符合《中国药典》要求,含量多在药典规定2.5倍以上。结论:通过对其质量评价研究初步弄清了商洛产天麻药材质量状况。

Objective:Based on the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the quality of Gastrodia elata in Shangluo City was tested and evaluated by experimental data.Methods:According to the requirements of Gastrodia elata in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the contents of water,total ash,sulfur dioxide residue,extract,gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol were determined and analyzed comprehensively.Results:Among 15 batches of Gastrodia elata,water removal was one item,and the rest items met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The content of Gastrodia elata was more than 2.5 times of that stipulated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The quality status of Gastrodia elata from Shangluo was preliminarily clarified through the study of its quality evaluation.
