摘要
目的:研制雷公藤红素自微乳。方法:通过绘制伪三元相图,以成乳后的粒径、自微乳对药物的稳定性为指标,筛选处方中的油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂与K_m值。结果:含3%雷公藤红素、油相为IPM、乳化剂为Cremophor RH40、助乳化剂为正丁醇,四者比例为0.03∶3∶4.2∶2.8时可获得比较理想的自微乳化效果。结论:成乳后的平均粒径为75.8 nm,自微乳对药物相对较稳定。
Objective:To prepare celastrol self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS).Methods:The formulation of the preparation such as oil,surfactant,cosolvent and Km was selected by the pseudo-ternary phase diagram research,the stability of drug in prescription and the diameter of microemulsion.Results:The results showed that the satisfactory self-microemulsifying effect was obtained when the formulation containg 3% silymarin using IPM as oil,Cremophor RH40 as surfactant and butyl alcohol as cosolvent in the proportion of 0.3∶3∶4.2∶2.8.Conclusion:The average diameter of the preparation was 75.8 nm,the Celastrol in self-microemulsion has better appearance stability.
