Role of Spleen and Stomach in “the Desired State of Disease”

状态是医者把握人体健康水平和疾病阶段的逻辑起点。其中,欲病状态是处在健康与疾病之间的"桥梁"阶段,涵盖了生理上严重的体质偏颇和病理上轻度前证阶段,亦即"小疾"状态,其本质是阴阳自和能力下降。因此,在欲病状态,"求萌"以明确状态要素、"救萌"以提高阴阳自和的能力,最终恢复"阴平阳秘"的健康状态,这是"治未病"的重要内容,也顺应了当下医学重点转变的趋势。而脾胃对人体血气阴阳、气机升降有着重要的影响,故调理脾胃是"欲病救萌"的通用之法,值得关注。

Condition is the tool and method for the medical practitioner to grasp the health state of human body. Among them,the desired state of disease plays a role as a "bridge" between health and disease,covering the physiologically serious physical bias and the pathologically mild pre-certification stage,which is also known as the "small disease" that refers to decrease of the reestablishment to yin-yang equilibrium. Therefore,in the state of desired disease,it is of vital importance to ask the disease to show to clear its state elements,and to prevent disease from occurring to increase the ability of reestablishment to yin-yang equilibrium,and eventually the body reaches the health status of "yin and yang in equilibrium" that is an essential part of "disease prevention",which also follows the trend of the current medical focus shift.Otherwise,the spleen and stomach is a significant part of blood gas,yin-yang,and QI’s rising and falling. As result,my teacher confirmed the establishment of the nurse of the spleen and stomach being the common method of "disease prevention from occurring",which deserves attention.
