周德生教授辨治面神经炎的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Zhou Desheng in the Treatment of Facial Palsy

介绍周德生教授辨治面神经炎的临床经验。周教授认为,面神经炎的病因病机为正气不足,外邪直中;内外兼邪,杂合为病;筋痹日久,缓急失宜。根据面神经炎的病程、合并疾病、中药药理3个方面辨治,急则治其标,中西合治;缓则治其本,复方图治;久则利其用,杂合以治。早期正确的中西医结合治疗可提高面神经炎的临床疗效,减轻糖皮质激素治疗的副作用,减少面神经损害的后遗症。
