中药联合体外反搏治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Combined with External Counterpulsation in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察中药汤剂联合体外反搏治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结型)患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各50例。对照组予中药汤剂加西医常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合体外反搏治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且实验组较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05);两组心绞痛症状疗效及中医证候疗效,均较治疗前显著好转(P<0.05),且实验组患者较对照组患者好转更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂联合体外反搏术能有效改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal decoction combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome).Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus conventional Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of angina symptoms and TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the curative effect of angina symptoms and TCM syndromes were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM decoction combined with ECP can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
