医护一体化在老年行超声乳化白内障手术患者中的应用效果

Application of integrated medical care in elderly patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery

目的探讨医护一体化在老年行超声乳化白内障手术患者治疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月在该院行超声乳化白内障手术治疗的患者826例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各413例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取医护一体化护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、心理状态、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术前两组患者的心理状态比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理期间的并发症发生率为5.57%(23/413),显著低于对照组的12.11%(50/413),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度为97.58%(403/413),高于对照组的92.98%(384/413),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将医护一体化护理干预应用于老年行超声乳化白内障手术治疗患者,能够有效减少其负性情绪及术后并发症的发生,同时可在一定程度上提高患者对护理的满意度,并缩短临床治疗时间,进而促进疾病的好转。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical care in the treatment of senile patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,826 patients who underwent phacoemulsification surgery in this hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,413 cases of each group.The control group was treated with routine care,while the observation group adopted integrated nursing care.The length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs,the patients'psychological status,complications rate and satisfaction to the care service were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the psychological state of patients between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.57%(23/413),lower than that in the control group,which was 12.11%(50/413),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.58%(403/413),higher than the 92.98%(384/413)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of integrated nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery can effectively reduce their negative emotions and postoperative complications,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing to a certain extent,and shorten the clinical treatment time,so as to promote the improvement of the disease.
