浅谈我国安检后对机票改签的限制

Discussions on the Restriction of Airline Ticket Change after Security Check in China

旅客在机场值机并安检后,在候机楼改签航班就会受到限制,民航运输在这方面给旅客提供的便捷性和高铁等其他交通方式相比就有了差距。本文研究了几种旅客在候机楼需要改签航班的场景,提出了为旅客提供自助柜机替代人工改签的建议。

When the passengers finish the check-in at the airport, they will be restricted in their flight changing at the terminal. Comparatively, there is a gap between the conveniences that civil aviation transport provides to passengers in this respect to other modes of transportation(such as highspeed rail). This paper studies the scenarios in which several passengers need to change their flights at the terminal,and gives suggestions for self-service equipment instead of manual check-in.
