老官山汉墓出土经穴髹漆人像手阳明经脉循行演变研究

Study on the Distribution Evolution of Hand Yangming Meridian of the Lacquer Figure with Meridian-Acupoints Marked Unearthed in the Chengdu Laoguanshan Grave of Han Dynasty

随着我国最早、最完整的经穴人体模型--成都老官山经穴髹漆人像的出土,其阴刻的经脉循行路径已成为研究经脉循行演变不可或缺的史料和研究热点。总结老官山髹漆人像手阳明经脉的循行路径与分布特点,同时将其与传世医学经典文献、出土医学简帛进行比较,系统梳理历代手阳明经脉的循行特点和循行演变,为经脉源流研究提供依据。

With the excavation of the earliest and most completed human figure of meridian-acupoints in China,the lacquer figure with meridian-acupoints marked unearthed in the Chengdu Laoguanshan grave of Han dynasty,the distribution of "white lines"have become an indispensable historical data and research hotspot in the study of meridians evolution. This paper summarized the running route and distribution characteristics of Hand Yangming meridian of the lacquer figure with meridian-acupoints marked unearthed in the Chengdu Laoguanshan grave of Han dynasty and comparing it with the record of the medical classics and unearthed slips and silk in order to summarize the distribution characteristics and evolution of Hand Yangming meridian. It’s expected to provide basis for the research on the origin and development of meridians.
