摘要
睡眠-觉醒节律、睡眠时长与睡眠质量是睡眠的三个基本要素。卫气循行节律、功能状态等变化都会对人体睡眠产生影响,主要体现在:卫气昼夜分行规律决定了人体的睡眠-觉醒的基本节律;人体的睡眠时长主要反映了卫气的昼夜盛衰变化以及循行的疾徐,表现为入睡时间与寐寤时间的长短;而睡眠质量则体现在睡眠维持状态和日间功能情况,其是卫气盛衰以及营气对卫气聚敛作用的综合体现。卫气与睡眠活动的关系十分密切,故对卫气与睡眠关系的深入认识可更好地指导失眠的治疗。
Normal sleep covers three basic factors including sleep-awakening rhythm,the length of sleep and the quality of sleep. The changes of the rhythm and function state of defensive qi may affect the sleep of human body,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the law of day and night branches of defensive qi determines the sleep-awakening rhythm of human body;the length of sleep of human body mainly reflects the wax and wane of defensive qi and the speed of its movement,which is reflected in the length of the time of falling asleep and sleeping time.Sleep quality is reflected in the state of sleep maintenance and day function. In fact,it is the comprehensive reflection of the wax and wane of defensive qi and nutrient qi’s attraction to defensive qi. That the relationship between defensive qi and sleep activity is very close,and the deep understanding of the relationship between defensive qi and sleep will be able to better guide clinical practice.
