ZHANG Lei’s Experience in Treating Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Rinsing Turbidity Method

张磊教授善用涤浊法治疗各类浊阻之证,认为肝、脾、肺脏腑功能失调,气机升降失职,水湿内停成浊,浊邪阻滞三焦为非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病机,此病源头在于肺失清肃、浊阻肝脾,其治疗应从肺着手,涤除浊邪,以绝生浊之源。方以苇茎汤为主,临证化裁,效果显著。

Professor ZHANG Lei makes good use of the method of rinsing turbidity in the treatment of all kinds of turbidity obstruction syndromes,and believes that the liver,spleen and lung dysfunction,qi movement fails to ascend and descend,the water dampness internally stagnated into turbid,and turbidity blocking in triple energizer are the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fat liver disease. The source of this disease lies in the lungs failing to clear and purify,turbidity stagnating the liver and spleen,and its treatment should start from the lungs,remove the turbid pathogen to eliminate the source of turbidity. The prescription selected Weijing Decoction( 苇茎汤),modificating according to syndromes,and the effect is significant.
