GUO Zhiqiang’s Experience in Treating Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

总结郭志强治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的经验。根据月经不同时期气血阴阳消长规律,认为肾阴亏虚是发病之本,痰湿、瘀血、气郁为发病之标,提出以滋阴补肾为主促进卵泡发育,经间期佐以温阳活血促进卵泡顺利排出,并自拟育胞汤进行治疗,同时灵活运用祛湿、化瘀、调肝之法随症加减。

This paper summarized GUO Zhiqiang’ s experience in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. According to the law of waxing and waning of yin-yang in different periods of menstruation,it is believed that kidney yin deficiency is the root cause of the disease. Phlegm dampness,blood stasis and qi stagnation are the main causes of the disease. It is proposed to promote follicular development mainly by nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney. Warming yang and activating blood circulation promotes the smooth discharge of follicles,and self-made Yubao Decoction( 育胞汤) was used for treatment,while the methods of eliminating dampness,resolving stasis,and regulating liver were flexibly used,as well as addition and subtraction according to the disease.
