制造业服务化是否匹配制造业生产效率——基于联立方程的多重中介效应实证

Whether Manufacturing Servitization Have Matched Manufacturing Poduction Efficiency?——Empirical Study of Multiple Mediating Effect Based on Simultaneous Equations

通过理论与实证相结合研究了制造业服务化对制造业生产效率的影响路径以及二者的发展协调度,结果发现:中国制造业服务化与制造业生产效率的协调度处于(0.3-0.4)的轻度失调区间,但经验事实表明制造业服务化的发展速度已经领先于制造业生产效率,且中西部地区的服务化水平与东部地区相比差距较大;中介效应分析结果表明,企业科研创新水平、人力资本水平以及二者的交互项都存在显著的中介效应,总中介效应占比为29.16%,说明制造业科研创新等服务投入向生产力转化的效率有待提高。

This article theoretically and empirically studied the influencing paths and coordinated development degree of manufacturing servitization affecting manufacturing production efficiency. The study finds that,the coordination degree between China manufacuring servitization and manufacturing production efficiency falls at 0.3-0.4,which shows a mildly unbalanced condition.However,empirical facts show that,the development speed of manufacturing servitization has been faster than that of manufacturing production efficiency,and the gap between the Midwest and the East is wide. Further research on mediating effect reveals that,obvious mediating effect exists in corporate research innovation level,human capital level and their interaction items,and the total mediating effect accounts for 29.16%,which suggests that,the conversion efficiency from service investment to productivity has to be strengthened.
