环境适应性、集聚特征与企业生存——来自中国工业企业面板数据的实证分析

Environmental Adaptability,Agglomeration Characters and Enterprise Survival——Empirical Analysis Based on China Industrial Enterprises’ Panel Data

基于2001-2013年中国工业企业面板数据,实证检验不同集聚特征下企业的环境适应性与其生存能力之间的关系。研究表明,在专业化集聚环境中企业组织内部环境适应性水平提升对生存能力增强的正向效应较突出,而行业及宏观环境适应性水平提升在多样化集聚环境中表现出的生存能力提升作用要明显高于专业化集聚。进一步,本文基于企业生存能力的不同维度进行分析发现,专业化集聚条件下的企业组织内部环境适应性对企业存续时间的正向作用远高于多样化集聚,来自于行业环境非正常扰动及宏观环境的不确定性对企业发展绩效的不利影响表现出了长期存在的特征。

Based on the panel data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2001 to 2013,this paper empirically tested the relationship between environmental adaptability and survival ability of enterprises with different agglomeration characteristics. The research shows that,in specialized agglomeration environment,the improvement of corporate internal environmental adaptability level has a significantly positive effect on the improvement of their survival ability,while the improvement of industrial environment and macro environmental adaptability level in diversified agglomeration environment has a more pronounced promoting effect than that in specialized agglomeration environment. Furthermore,based on the analysis of corporate survival ability from different dimensions,corporate internal environmental adaptability in specialized agglomeration environment can strongerly positively affect corporate duration than that in diversified agglomeration environment. In addtion,the abnormal disturbance in industrial environment and macro environmental uncertainty has long-term negative effect on corporate development performance.
