摘要
研究目的:“八纵八横”高铁线路的全面贯通改变了区域旅游发展的空间格局,提升了沿线区域旅游发展的质量。本文以京沪高铁沿线10个旅游城市为研究对象,建立通达度模型、旅游经济联系模型和耦合协调度模型,分别测度高铁运营前后通达性、旅游经济联系量以及二者的协调发展程度。研究结论:(1)高铁大大压缩了沿线旅游城市的时空距离,通达性提高幅度显著,沿线旅游城市通达性提高幅度均在50%以上,其中济宁通达性提高幅度最大,达到70.37%;(2)高铁开通前后,沿线旅游城市旅游经济增长幅度差异很大,交通基础设施相对较弱的城市高铁驱动影响显著;(3)从时空变化来看,协调度变化呈现出协调度增长、协调度下降和协调度先降后升三种状态,其中协调度先降后升现象显著;(4)本文研究从理论视角完善了高速铁路的区域旅游效应测度方法,从实证的视角验证了高速铁路区域旅游协调的表征,可为高速铁路与区域旅游规划管理的进一步研究提供借鉴。
Research purposes:The comprehensive running-through of the"eight vertical and eight horizontal"high-speed railway line has changed the spatial pattern of regional tourism development and improved the quality of regional tourism development along the line.Taking 10 tourist cities along the Beijing-Shanghai HSR as the research object,the model of accessibility,tourism economic linkage model and coupling coordination degree model were established to measure the accessibility of the high-speed rail before and after operation,the economic linkage of tourism and the degree of coordinated development of the two.Research conclusions:(1)The high-speed rail greatly reduces the time and space distance of tourism cities along the line,and the accessibility is significantly improved.The accessibility of tourism cities along the line is increased by more than 50%.Jinings accessibility increased the most,reaching 70.37%.(2)Before and after the opening of the high-speed railway,the economic growth rate of tourism cities along the route varies greatly.The impact of high-speed rail driving in cities with relatively weak transportation infrastructure is significant.(3)From the perspective of time and space changes,the change of coordination degree shows the three degrees:coordination degree increases,coordination degree decreases and coordination degree first drops and then rises,among which the degree of coordination drops first and then rises significantly.(4)This paper improves the measurement method of regional tourism effect of high-speed rail from the theoretical perspective,verifies the representation of regional tourism coordination of high-speed rail from the empirical perspective,and provides a reference for the further study of high-speed rail and regional tourism planning and management.
