摘要
基于驱动因素、合作层次以及创新模式3个角度,构建区域科技协同创新体系的三维分析框架,分析区域科技协同创新体系的现状和未来趋势。并以珠江三角洲地区与香港的区域科技协同创新体系为例,阐述三维分析框架对战略规划和政策制度的参考意义。
Based on the three perspectives of driving factors,cooperation levels and innovation models,this paper constructs a three-dimensional framework of regional science and technology collaborative innovation system,to analyze the current situation and the future trend.Also,taking Pearl River Delta and Hongkong as an example,this paper clarifies the significance of the three-dimensional framework for strategic planning and policy system.
