基于物元可拓模型的“共享云冷库”运营风险评估

Operational Risk Assessment of “Air Cold Warehouse” Based on Matter-Element Extension Model

基于共享经济概念,提出"共享云冷库"概念模型。共享云冷库是将冷库供需双方联系在一起的开放式冷库共享平台。为客观分析"共享云冷库"运营中可能存在的风险并进行定量评估,首先运用层次分析法,建立"共享云冷库"风险评价模型,通过选取管理技术、环境、市场、财务、责任等5个主要因素进行剖析,构建"共享云冷库"的风险评价体系;然后,运用物元可拓模型,得出各评价指标的风险等级。评价结果对有效降低"共享云冷库"实施和运营风险,促进共享冷链金融平台发展具有决策参考作用。

Based on the concept of shared economy,this paper proposes a conceptual model of"Air Cold Warehouse".The"Air Cold Warehouse"is the open cold storage sharing platform that connects the cold storage supply and demand sides based on the concept of sharing economy.In order to objectively analyze the possible risks in the operation of"Air Cold Warehouse"and conduct quantitative evaluation,this paper establishes an"Air Cold Warehouse"risk evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process.Through the analysis of five main factors such as management technology,environment,market,finance and responsibility,the risk evaluation system of"Air Cold Warehouse"is constructed;then,the risk level of each evaluation index is obtained by using matter-element extension model.The evaluation results can effectively reduce the risks of implementation and operation of"Air Cold Warehouse"and promote the development of shared cold chain financial platform.
