Ecological Governance from the Perspective of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

生态危机严重威胁人类的生存安危,是21世纪人类面临的最大挑战。构建人类命运共同体为生态治理奠定了前提和基础,它能够成功破解生态格局中存在的具体问题,重塑生态秩序,推动生态治理的创新发展。在精确阐述构建人类命运共同体之于生态治理价值的基础上,可以从国际国内两个层面寻找应对措施:聚焦生态危机,探寻治理路径;构建全球生态治理体系,推进整体发展;重塑生态价值观,发挥社会主义制度优势和担当;深化绿色发展,共建美好生活。

The ecological crisis threatens the survival and safety of human seriously, which is the greatest challenge human confronted in the 21 st century. Constructing a community of shared future for mankind lays the foundation for ecological governance, and it can solve specific problems existing in ecological pattern, remold ecological order and promote innovation of ecological governance successfully. On the basis of elaborating the value of construction a community of shared future for mankind to ecological governance precisely, countermeasures could be found from two aspects of domestic and international level: focusing on the ecological crisis, exploring governance methods;constructing system of global ecological governance, promoting the overall development;remolding ecological value, taking advantages of socialist system;deepening green development, and co-constructing better life.
