不同处理对长白山野生黄金菊种子萌发的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Different Treatments on Seed Germination of Wild Golden Chrysanthemum

摘要 为探索不同预处理对长白山黄金菊(Euryops pectinatus)种子萌发的影响,寻找合理的黄金菊种子预处理方法。本研究以长白山野生黄金菊种子为研究对象,研究了温度、光照、赤霉素(gibberellins,GAs)和细胞分裂素(cytokinin,CTK)浓度对其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。结果表明,合理的浓度和浸种时间以及适当的温度有利于提高黄金菊种子质量,促进种子萌发,25℃是最适萌发温度,过高或过低的温度都不利于黄金菊种子发芽;在25℃最佳萌芽条件下结合8 h、16 h和24 h全光照时长处理,发现采取全光照时其萌芽率高于其它两种光照处理;采用不同浓度的GA和CTK溶液浸种处理黄金菊种子,其发芽率和发芽势都有较大程度的提高,各发芽指标随浸种时间增加而上升,在25℃最适温度和全光照条件下,GA浓度为250 mg/L时对黄金菊种子萌发最有利;CTK在浓度为100 mg/L时种子发芽率达到最大值。据此认为,适当浓度的GA和CTK溶液浸种一定时间均可不同程度促进黄金菊种子萌发。 In or der to explore the effects of different pretreatments on the germination of chrysanthemum morifolium(Euryops pectinatus)seeds,and to find a reasonable pretreatment method of its seeds,this research studied the temperature,light,gibberellin(GA)and cytokinin(CTK)concentration on seeds of Changbai Mountain wild chrysanthemum.The effect of germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of chrysanthemum seeds.The results showed that reasonable concentration and soaking time and proper temperature were beneficial to improve the quality of golden chrysanthemum seeds and promote seed germination.The results showed that 25℃is the optimum germination temperature,too high or too low temperature is not conducive to the germination of the golden chrysanthemum seeds,combined with the best light germination conditions at 25℃for8 h,16 h and 24 h full light duration,found full light.When the germination rate is higher than the other two kinds of light treatment;the germination rate and germination potential of the golden chrysanthemum seeds are treated with different concentrations of GAs and CTK solution.However,under the optimum temperature and full light condition of 25℃,the concentration of GAs was 250 mg/L,which was the most favorable for the germination of chrysanthemum morifolium.When the concentration of CTK was 100 mg/L,the seed germination rate reached the maximum.Based on this,it is believed that the appropriate concentration of GAs and CTK solution can promote the germination of chrysanthemum morifolium seeds in different degrees.This study provides a scientific basis for the preservation,development and utilization of the golden chrysanthemum germplasm.
