鱼腥草总黄酮提取及其药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb and Its Pharmacological Effect

鱼腥草是药食两用植物资源,黄酮类化合物是鱼腥草的主要药理活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗疲劳、抗过敏、抑菌等药理作用。其提取方法有溶剂提取法、酶辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声辅助提取法及双水相萃取法等。本研究综述了鱼腥草总黄酮的提取与药理作用研究进展,为鱼腥草黄酮的进一步深入研究和临床应用提供参考。

Houttuynia cordata Thunb is a medicinal and edible plant.The flavonoids is the main pharmacological active ingredient of Houttuynia cordata Thunb which has various pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-radiation,anti-fatigue,anti-allergy,anti-bacterial and so on.The extraction methods of flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb include solvent extraction method,enzyme-assisted extraction method,microwave-assisted extraction method,ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and aqueous two-phase extraction method.The research progress on the extraction and pharmacological effects of total flavonoids from Houttuyniae cordata Thunb were reviewed,which provided references for the further research and clinical application of flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.
