Design on productive and efficient mining and equipment selection practice in Liangshuijing Colliery

摘要 为实现中厚煤层工作面高产高效,针对凉水井煤层赋存条件,对开采方法、生产系统、劳动组织等情况进行统筹设计。工作面综采设备选用技术成熟、自动化水平较高、配套合理的产品。工业性试验表明,各项指标均达到要求,对中厚煤层高产高效工作面的生产实践具有较大的推广意义。 In order to achieve productive and efficient operation on the working face of medium and thick coal seam,the mining method,production system and labor organization were designed according to the occurrence conditions of the coal seam in Liangshuijing Colliery.The selected fully-mechanized mining equipments on the working face were characterized by mature technology,high automation degree and reasonable matching products.The industrial test results showed all the indexes met the requirements,which was of great spreading significance for the productive and efficient production on the working face of medium and thick coal seam.
