摘要
安全阀是液压支架的重要保护元件。通过对国家煤矿支护设备质量监督检验中心近3年来液压支架用安全阀产品检验不合格率、不合格项目进行统计,并对不合格率较高的小流量启溢闭特性、公称流量启溢闭特性、寿命试验等试验项目的不合格原因进行了深入研究分析,得出安全阀检验不合格的主要原因为企业技术实力不足,导致产品结构设计不合理、加工精度无法满足工艺参数要求,检测手段、检测设备欠缺等。该分析结果对安全阀生产企业在产品设计、加工、检验等环节具有一定的指导意义,从而促进安全阀产品质量的提升和技术进步。
The safety valve is an important protective component of the hydraulic support.Based on the statistics of inspection unqualification ratio and items of the safety valve of the hydraulic support over recent three years in the national coal mine support equipment quality supervision&inspection center,the paper deeply researched the causes of high unqualification ratio items such as low flow open and close characteristics,nominal flow open and close characteristics and lift test.Finally,it was concluded that the inspection unqualification of the safety valve was caused by insufficient technical capability of enterprises,which brought about reasonable stoctoal design,inadequate manufacturing precision,lack of testing means and testing facilities etc.The research results were of some guidance for the safety valve manufacturer on design,manufacturing and inspection,thus stimulative to the quality promotion and technical progress of the safety valve.
