基于Midas NFX模态叠加法的矿用自卸车转向节瞬态响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 转向节作为矿用自卸车前桥的一个关键部件,其可靠性直接影响到整车的安全行驶。通过对转向节的无阻尼自由振动分析,得到其固有频率与振型。基于MATLAB/Simulink模拟自卸车行驶过程中的冲击信号,通过分析得到动载荷。基于自卸车嗓声与振动的理论,利用Midas NFX建立转向节有限元模型,运用模态叠加法进行瞬态响应分析,得到转向节上各节点随时间变化的位移及等效应力的动态响应。然后,与试验数据进行对比分析,提出转向节的有限元分析设计方法。 The steering knuckle is a key part of the front axle of the mine dump truck,its reliability directly affects the steering safety of the truck.In the paper,the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the steering knuckle were obtained by analyzing its undamped free vibration.Based on the simulation on the impact signal of the truck during steering process by using MATLAB/Simulink,the dynamic load was obtained after analysis.Based on the truck noise and vibration theory,Midas NFX was applied to build the finite element model of the steering knuckle,and the modal superposition method was applied to conduct transient response analysis,the dynamic response of the displacement and the equivalent stress of each node on the steering knuckle with time were obtained.After that,the dynamic response results were compared with test data,and the finite element analysis and design method of the steering knuckle was offered.
