电铲用钢丝绳安全系数计算模型研究

摘要 根据Niemann公式指出,钢丝绳安全系数&为计算其疲劳寿命的一项重要指标,且直接影响着矿井设备及人员安全。《煤矿安全规程》中给出的钢丝绳安全系数计算公式不便于使用,且不能准确描述电铲用钢丝绳在使用过程中的安全性能。通过模型研究,指出已知文献中的不足,并重新对钢丝绳安全系数的计算公式进行研究,给出钢丝绳弯曲调成系数β的定义。最终通过国内生产的某4、10m^3露天矿用电铲主提升钢丝绳安全系数的实例进行计算验证,其结果分别为2.45、2.52,其中拉伸应力分别为0.315、0.277 MPa,弯曲应力分别为0.214、0.216 MPa。 Niemann formula indicates the safety factor of wire rope Sf is an important index to calculate its fatigue life and directly affects the safety of equipments and personnel in mine.The calculation formula of the safety factor of the wire rope given in Safety Regulations in Coal Mine is not convenient for usage,and unable to accurately describe the safety performance of the wire rope used for the electric shovel during operation.The model research results indicated the insufficiency in existing literatures,and deduced the calculation formula of the safety factor of the wire rope again,and offered the definition of the bending adjustment coefficientβof the wire rope.Finally,the safety factor of the main hoisting wire rope of a 4 and a 10 m^3 home-made electric shovel used in strip mine was taken as the example to carry out calculation verification,the safety factor was 2.45 and 2.52 respectively,the tensile stress was 0.315 and 0.277 MPa respectively,and the bending stress was 0.214 and 0.216 MPa respectively.
