某复杂氧化铜矿及其伴生金的回收试验研究 被引量:1

Test study on beneficiation of refractory oxidized copper ores and associated gold

摘要 针对氧化铜及其伴生金回收的问题,对某大型氧化铜矿进行了大量的试验研究。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过比较、分析探索试验,确定了“磨矿一尼尔森重选一重选尾矿再磨一硫化铜浮选一氧化铜浮选”的工艺流程。根据条件试验及开路试验确定的最佳工艺条件,进行闭路流程试验,获得最终指标为金精矿中金的品位96.50 g/t,回收率为40.21%;硫化铜精矿中铜的品位为19.81%,回收率为41.96%,伴生金的品位为14.26 g/t,回收率为46.82%;氧化铜精矿中铜品位为14.28%,回收率为45.60%。铜的总回收率为87.56%,金的总回收率为87.03%。 In view of beneficiation of oxidized copper ores and associated gold,a lot of test study on an oxidized copper ore was carried out.Based on the research of process mineralogy,after comparing and analyzing the results of exploration test,the paper determined the process flow involving grinding,Nelson gravity separation,tailings regrinding,flotation of copper sulfide and flotation of copper oxide in sequence.The optimal technical conditions were determined according to the conditional test and open-circuit test,and then the closed-circuit test was conducted.The final indexes were as below:the gold grade was 96.50 g/t and the recovery was 40.21%in the gold concentrate;the copper grade was 19.81%and the recovery was 41.96%in the copper sulfide concentrate,the associated gold grade was 14.26 g/t and the recovery was 46.82%;the copper grade was 14.28%and the recovery was 45.60%in the copper oxide concentrate.The total copper recovery was 87.56%,and the total gold recovery was 87.03%.
