摘要
针对河南淅川石墨矿采用浮选机一浮选柱联合系统进行了模拟生产扩大连续试验研究。在矿石性质研究的基础上分析了影响该石墨矿浮选指标的矿石学因素,同时进行了全浮选机扩大连续对比试验,结果表明:柱机联合工艺可有效地简化工艺流程,降低选矿成本,提高选矿指标。柱机联合试验在原矿含固定碳9.12%的条件下,连续穂定运转72 h获得了固定碳含量90.86%、固定碳回收率91.12%的石墨精矿,为现场开展技术改造奠定了技术基础。
The combined process involving flotation column and flotation machine was applied to conduct simulative production scale-up continuous test study on the graphite ore from Xichuan of Henan.After studying the ore properties,the paper analyzed the mineralogical factors affecting the graphite flotation indexes,and carried out the whole flotation machine scale-up continuous comparative test.The results showed:the columnmachine combined process effectively simplified the process flow,reduced the beneficiation cost and enhanced the beneficiation indexes.While the content of fixed carbon in raw ore being 9.12%,after stable continuous operation of the column-machine combined test for 72 h,the graphite concentrate was obtained with fixed carbon content of 90.86%and fixed carbon recovery of 91.12%.The study laid technical foundation for field technical innovation.
