摘要
依据动量守恒定律建立多机联合空气幕隔断风流的理论模型,分析影响空气幕阻风能力的因素。利用FLUENT软件模拟不同风速下出风口联合作业空气幕的巷道流场特性,将计算数据处理成平面图并量化展示。比较结果得出:联合空气暮作业随着出风口风速越大,隔断能力也逐步变大;当风速达到一定程度时,串联模式的空气幕间距不宜过小,否则会影响空气暮的风流回流而降低工作效率;由于并联空气幕的工作特性,阻隔效果要优于串联方式;串联方式下空气幕对风流增阻能力的增长受出风口风速影响系数较小,因此比较适用于巷道内的风量调节;完全隔断巷道风流时,选择并联作业空气幕可以使用较低的出风口风速,从而降低能耗。
Based on the law of momentum conservation,the paper established a theoretical model of multimachine combined air curtains resisting air flow,and analyzed the factors affecting the resisting capacity of the air curtain.FLUENT was applied to simulate the flow field characteristics at outlet of the combined operating air curtains at various air flow,and the calculation data were processed into plan diagram and quantified.The comparison results showed:with the increase in the air flow of the combined operating air curtains at outlet,the resisting capacity gradually enhanced;while the air flow reached to a certain level,the distance of the air curtains in tandem should not be too small,otherwise the return of the air flow of the curtains was resisted so as to decrease the working efficiency;due to the working characteristic of the air curtains in parallel,its resisting effects were superior to the tandem mode;in tandem mode,the increase of the resisting capacity of air curtains to air flow was less affected by the air flow at outlet,thus it was more suitable for the air flow control in laneway;on the air flow of the laneway being totally resisted,lower air flow at outlet of the combined operating air curtains in parallel was applied so as to reduce the energy consumption.
