摘要 针对我国现阶段的海上溢油实时监测系统大多存在监测手段落后、不准确、实时性差,很难为相关部门提供可靠的依据,设计并实现了一个结合溢油浮标跟踪技术的海上溢油实时监测系统。该系统由前端浮标监测系统和后端监控系统两部分组成,采用GPS/北斗卫星双模定位与通信将浮标的监测数据实时传输到后端监控系统,然后实时分析数据、自动预警和G1S平台显示,并搭载MySQL数据库实现数据存储、管理和分析。为溢油监测系统的开发提供了一种新型的研究方案,精确的海上定位,溢油监测的灵敏度为1μm厚油层,为溢油事故的处理提供了可视化的参考。 At present,most of the marine oil spill real-time monitoring systems in China are backward,inaccurate and have poor in real-time,and it is difficult to provide reliable basis for relevant departments.A real-time monitoring system for marine oil spills combined with oil spill buoy tracking technology is designed and implemented.The System consists of a front-end buoy monitoring System and a back-end monitoring system,and uses the GPS/Beidou satellite dual-mode positioning and communication to transmit the monitoring data of the buoy to the back-end monitoring system in real time,then real-time analysis of data,automatic warning and GIS platform display,and equipped with MySQL database for data storage,management and analysis.This paper provides a new research program for the development of oil spill monitoring system.The accurate offshore positioning and the sensitivity of oil spill monitoring are 1μm thick oil layer,which provides a visual reference for the treatment of oil spill accidents.
