探究式教学方法在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果 被引量:2

Effects of inquiry-based teaching method on undergraduate teaching of medical related majors

摘要 目的 评价探究式教学方法 在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果,为本科生教学方法的改进提供科学证据.方法利用系统综述方法,检索中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库中有关探究式教学的随机实验对照研究,采用ReviewManager5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析.结果 Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,实验组的理论考试成绩[SMD=0.98,95%CI(0.87,1.09),P<0.01]、实践考试成绩[SMD=11.72,95%CI(10.79,12.65),P<0.01]都优于对照组.结论 探究式教学方法在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果优于传统教学方法. Objective To evaluate the effects of inquiry-based teaching methods for medical undergraduates , and to provide scientific evidence for the improvement of undergraduate teaching methods. Methods A systematic review method was used to retrieve the randomized controlled studies of inquiry-based teaching in CNKI, WANFANG and VIP. ReviewManager5. 3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results Meta analysis showed that the theoretical test scores [ SMD= 0. 98, 95% CI ( 0. 87, 1. 09) ,P<0. 01] and the practical test scores [ SMD=11. 72, 95% CI ( 10. 79,12. 65) ,P<0. 01] of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Inquiry-based teaching method is more effective than traditional teaching method in medical undergraduate teaching.
