摘要
针对难以对特殊焊缝结构处裂纹进行检测的问题,提出了采用超声相控阵"扇扫端角区域分析法"来对缺陷进行判定,以及采用计算机仿真技术指导超声相控阵检测工艺的制定。该方法可以有效指导超声相控阵检测工艺的设计,直观显示超声波束在管接头的覆盖状态,克服了相控阵超声检测参数设置的盲目性,可为特殊结构处裂纹的无损检测提供借鉴。
It′s difficult to detect the cracks at special weld structures. Therefore, this paper proposes an ultrasonic phased array "fan sweep angle region analysis method" to determine defects. At the same time, computer simulation technology is used to guide the development of ultrasonic phased array detection technology, the method can effectively guide the design of the ultrasonic phased array detection process, visually display the coverage state of the ultrasonic beam in the pipe joint, and overcome the blindness of the phased array ultrasonic detection parameter setting. It can provide reference for the nondestructive detection of the crack at the special structure.
