摘要
航空精密铸件关键部位的结构尺寸公差的控制对于航空器的可靠性和安全性具有至关重要的意义,传统方法是采用破坏性剖切后进行测量,这种方法不仅成本高,而且无法保障同批次的交付产品的品质。采用精密工业电子计算机断层扫描(CT)测量方法,在无损的情况下,对关键部位的壁厚进行测量,并与传统测量方法进行对比验证,证明两种测量结果具有较好的一致性。结果表明:CT方法可替代传统方法对航空精密铸件的关键结构进行尺寸测量。
The structural dimension tolerance control of key parts of aeronautical precision castings is very important to the reliability and safety of aircraft. Traditional methods use destructive cutting to measure, which is not only costly, but also unable to ensure the quality of the same batch of delivery products. In this paper, the precise industrial computerized tomography(CT) measurement method is used to measure the wall thickness of the key parts without damage, and the method is compared with the traditional measurement method, showing that the two are in good. The results show that the CT method can replace the traditional method to measure the key structure of aviation precision castings.
