2016—2018年抚顺市中医院门诊抗高血压药的使用情况分析

Analysis on utilization of anti-hypertensive drugs of Department of Outpatient in Fushun Hospital of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018

目的了解并分析2016-2018年抚顺市中医院门诊抗高血压药的临床应用和用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)法对2016-2018年抚顺市中医院门诊抗高血压药的规格、销量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和排序比(B/A)等进行统计分析。结果 2016-2018年抗高血压药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额排在前2位的均是钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)和血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂(ARB),硝苯地平控释片、苯磺酸氨氯地平片、缬沙坦胶囊一直位居单品种销售金额的前3位;非洛地平缓释片(国产)位居DDDs排序首位,显示较高的使用频率;苯磺酸氨氯地平片的DDC最高,缬沙坦胶囊次之;2016年的贝那普利片、硝苯地平片,2017年的硝苯地平控释片、非洛地平缓释片(进口),2018年的硝苯地平片控释片、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、马来酸依那普利叶酸片及硝苯地平片,B/A值均为1.00,同步性较好,其余均有偏倚。结论抚顺市中医院门诊抗高血压药以CCB、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、ARB、β受体拮抗剂为主,CCB和ARB是主要使用品种,应用基本合理,符合抗高血压用药的用药原则。

Objective To analyze the utilization of anti-hypertensive drugs of Department of Outpatient in Fushun Hospital of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018, and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The specifications, sales volume, consumption sum, frequency of drug use(DDDs), defined daily cost(DDC), and drug sequence ratio(B/A) of anti-hypertensive drugs of outpatient department in Fushun Hospital of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed statistically according to the WHO-recommended DDD(defined daily dose) method. Results From 2016 to 2018, the consumption sum of anti-hypertensive drugs increased year by year, and the consumption sum of CCB and ARB always ranked in the top two. Consumption sum of Nifedipine Controlled-released Tablets, Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, and Valsartan Capsules have always been ranked among the top three of single products. DDDs of Felodipine Sustained-release Tablets(homemade) was the highest, showing high rate of utilization. DDC of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets was the highest, followed by Valsartan Capsules. B/A of Benazepril Tablets and Nifedipine Tablets in 2016, Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets and Felodipine Sustained-release Tablets(imported) in 2017, Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets, Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets, Enalapril Maleate, and Folic Acid Tablets, and Nifedipine Tablets in 2018 were equal to 1.00, showing synchronization was better, while the rest were biased. Conclusion The main antihypertensive drugs were CCB, ARB, ACEI, and β-antagonists of Department of Outpatient in Fushun Hospital of Chinese Medicine. And CCB and ARB are the main varieties. The application of anti-hypertensive drugs was basically rational, which was in line with the treatment principles of anti-hypertensive drugs.
