摘要
为了使智能化无人开采与无煤柱开采技术结合在薄煤层中的得以应用,以瑞能煤业公司正在开采的115工作面为试验面,通过对现有智能化开采技术以及115工作面正在实施的无煤柱开采技术的工艺分析、设备选型、智能化平台构建等技术研究,重点提出了智能化开采技术在薄煤层无煤柱工作面的工艺流程、技术难点。实现设备顺槽远程操作、集中控制等智能化手段,对薄煤层最大限度降低工人劳动强度、提高资源回收率有很大帮助。
In order to apply intelligently unmanned mining technology and coal pillar mining technology in thin coal seam simultaneously. Taking the 115 mining operations which are working under the control of Ruineng company as experiments,analyze existing intelligent mining techologies, the equipment selection and intelligent platform construction of 115 ongiong experinments,focus on the technological process and technical difficulties of intelligent mining in thin coal seam without coal pillar. The realization of intelligent means remote operation of equipment trough and centralized control,which will great help to reduce workers′ labor intensity and improve resource recovery rate in thin coal seam to the maximum extent.
