农网公配变重过载研究分析及治理策略探讨

Research and Analysis of Variable Weight Overload of Rural Distribution Network and Discussion of Management Strategy

农村电网为农村用户生活和生产提供优质的电力服务。用户电力需求量逐年增大,农村电网受到的压力也逐年增加,需要建立更加坚强的配电网来迎接客户需求的挑战。目前公配变重过载治理套路不明确,对现存低压电网实际情况、台区重过载的根本原因没有深入研究,未制定标准化流程及治理策略。为推进农网公配变重过载的治理效率,本文通过对台区的系统性走访梳理,掌握负荷需求及存量重过载台区网架;对计量自动化系统进行全面清查,保证基础数据的正确性和有效性;结合提出的重过载治理技术规范和治理紧急优先度定级,形成管控治理套路。最后以南宁供电局江南分局2018年公配变重过载治理作为算例,治理效率提升至64.71%。

Rural power grid provides high-quality power services for rural users′ life and production.The power demand of users increases year by year,and the pressure on rural power grid also increases year by year.It is necessary to build a stronger distribution network to meet the challenge of customer demand.At present,there is no clear formula for the treatment of variable weight overload in public distribution.There is no in-depth study on the actual situation of the existing low-voltage power grid and the root cause of heavy overload in the Taiwan region,and no standardized process and treatment strategy have been formulated.In order to promote the management efficiency of variable weight overload of rural network distribution,this paper systematically visited and sorted out the load demand and the grid frame of the overloading station.Conduct a comprehensive inventory of the measurement automation system to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of basic data;In combination with the proposed technical specifications for heavy overload control and the classification of emergency priority,a set of control and management routines are formed.Finally,taking the jiangnan branch of nanning power supply bureau as an example,the governance efficiency was improved to 64.71% in 2018.
