摘要
端子压接是动力集中动车组电气线路过程中不容忽视的一个组成部分,随着生产周期不断的缩短,在保证电气线路连接的安全性和可靠性不变的前提下,端子压接速度严重制约生产周期,本文通过对160动力集中动车组端子压接原理概述,全车需端子压接部位统计,梳理走线路径和端子类型,分析端子提前压接可行性,最终确认改进方案。
Terminal crimping is an integrant not to be ignored for the electric circuits of dynamic centralized rail motor set.With a production cycle to be unceasingly shorten,the terminal crimping speed conditions the production cycle seriously on the promise of ensuring safety and veliability of the electric circuit connection not to be changed.The paper analyses feasibility of the terminal crimpeng in advauce through 160 the dynamic centralized rail motor set principle,complete terminal crimping part census and carding circuit path and terminal type,affirm the modified scheme finally.
